Yep, never going to bother with this game. Demo was fun the first half hour, then became redundant and annoying more than anything.
I mean, wheres the incentive at paying 90 bucks for this game when you have some fyucking random clown beating it in under 20 minutes 2 days after release? How could they release a gun such as the Gloo gun and never test the collision/clipping in their game with such a mechanic added to it? Typical Bethesda untested mess full of glitches and bugs.
Also, how can you guy really post something such as this when youre not even done reviewing the game?? Nice moronic attitude right there.
Nice trailer but damn I cant unsee all the blatant ''inspiration'' (more like plagiarism) from so many Blizzard characters. I had seen of this game before with all the characters similar to overwatch characters but now after watching thiscinematic trailer hell even that green goblins mech is totally copy/paste of the shredders that goblins usually pilot in the Warcraft universe. Lol I have no doubt the game might be fun but at that point and a long time fan of warcraft Id rather play the originals.
As someone whos almost done 100% with the game (119 shrines found and 870 something korok seeds found) this first expansion doesnt really feel like its worth it to me as I dont see these few armor sets adding anything to my game. Now if you look at the 2nd pack with the added dungeon, more original story elements and ''even more new challenges'' that might be more worthy of the purchase. Sadly you cant buy them separately so its $20 for the whole thing or pass.
@spoochy: Ya I know about all heroes but Im trying ot beat the original first for the spray (which is the only reward for going through all this?) and having Tracer instead of a bastion makes it feel impossible. Like you said every person needs to be a pro with their assigned character, Tracer especially since she has a huge role at taking out shielded bots/bastions, which makes it much harder to suceed in a PUG (sadly none of my friends play this game anymore, they barely game at all lately). Anyway I feel ya , I really enjoyed the PvE side of OW as I never got to try the halloween event before and this is a good indication to what they can build up to. It really feels as if you were in a raid group in a game such as WoW and Destiny lol and makes teamwork even more crucial than in the main game modes.
@spoochy: Really. But I wish the mode offered more maps to try out. Ive played Uprising countless amount of times (have yet to beat Legendary) but replaying the same map over and over gets redundant.
@Daveof89: Meanwhile I own and played MK8 for hundreds of hours and would jump on this game asap if I happened to purchase a switch. But here in Canada the switch is way too expansive at the moment for 2 games which I already own on the wii u. MK8 is THAT good. Its the pinacle of the serie and theres honestly no incentives to make a 9th game where theres not much they could improve upon. All this game needs is more tracks/battle stages and characters added to its roster down the road.
