@jesterofbass: lol nice pun but yeah both modes are fun and unique but dont offer any replay value unlike the others you mentioned. As for nightmare I did hAve trouble beating that one but eventually did with the help of the circular saw and lots of bullets to take out Jack. If I remember right I had to finish him using the saw as well.

@jesterofbass: ethan must die isnt actually that hard most enemies you can just skip past them and are pretty scripted as for the part on the second floor you just need to use the traps to your advantage. But I dic replay through it almost a dozen times.
