They might be making a game like this, it might be set in the Half-Life universe, it might even have Half-Life in the title, but it's not Half-Life 3. It sounds cool and I'm interested, but Valve couldn't and wouldn't call the game described here "Half-Life 3". I think things were lost in translation between the leaker and the Fench journalist.
This is a great game. Most fun I've had in an MMO in a long time. You're never at a loss for something to do, because there is more variety of activities than in any other MMO I've played. (EQ, EQ2, WoW, LOTRO, Tera and dabbled in many others.) No bottlenecks, no waiting for respawns, no waiting for groups. Not sure what people are saying about the challenge being too low. Events are pretty easy because (I think) there are more people participating than is optimal because the game is so popular, but the rest is challenging enough. If you like exploration, this is your dream game. And no monthly fee!
@Crimson_Erskine @cowkiller321 I think that would be your character saying goodbye. We're all used to our MMO characters being mute, but here they're not, for better or worse.
@alpha_unit97 It's not a WoW clone. If it was any different it wouldn't be a Fantasy MMORPG. Some people are just so tired of MMO's they're always looking to the next one and they'll never be happy. I think those are the people you're talking to. They just need to play something else entirely.
Typical. People who get themselves banned always lie about why it happened and claim it was for nothing. Then they miss the game so much they go on forums and whine about it and try to start boycotts and petitions.
Why do console manufacturers get to dictate the price retailers charge for their hardware? If supply and demand were at work Kinect would be selling for $50 and people might care about it and the games that use it.
