I'm thinking long and hard about a fighting game. I do have a PS3 so Virtua Fighter 5 looks pretty tempting. However, the only fighting game I ever really enjoyed was Soul Caliber 2. I didn't get the third one because it seemed to be a lot like SC 2. However, those games are Weapons fighters and I'm not sure how I'll like the martial arts fightingYou have bought several games to keep you busy for a while.
I haven't notice any fighting games on your collection. Maybe it is not your style, but the PS2 have some really good ones, such as Tekken 4 and 5, Soul Calibur 3, Street Fighter Anthology and DBZ Budokai 3, among others.Â

[QUOTE="Giangio"]FFT, FF7... _Tobli_
What's the point of mentioning two overrated titles?Â
FF-9 is far and away my favorite game for any system ever. It had a perfect cast of characters. The world was incredible. The story was engaging. It had just the right blend of humor and seriousness. Amazing game altogether. As for FF7 and FF Tactics being overrated.....I'm not so sure. If FF7 wasn't your first RPG then it was at least a HUGE leap over what you had previously come to expect from a game. It was ground breaking and it changed the way you feel about RPG's. I think alot of people are mistaking that nostalgia for greatness. Though, it was a great game, just not the best ever. Final Fantasy Tactics was not overrated in my opinion. For me that was the game that tought me to eat with one hand so I could still play the game and not starve to death. I learned to function at work on three to five hours of sleep per night because of this game. "One more battle and I can unlock the next summon spell" It was addictive in a way that no other game could ever be.duuude how many games do you need. Anyway you don't seem to have any sports games : SSX tricky and 3 are great, Pro evo 6 is like the best game ever (fifa is awful). You could also try out somthing different like a time crysis game (with a gun of course) TC3 would be the one to get. Did u mention price of persia? sorry i can't remember, they are good games. You NEED at least one dynasty warriors game!!! 5 preferably. Return of the king is a great hack n slash. Ricko1234Duuuuude....It's not that I necessarily NEED those games. Odds are that I probably won't get through all of them. I just like having them because I know that they are good. It's nice to have a fresh game to play whenever some free time comes up. Sometimes my wife will go visit family for a weekend and its nice to be able to walk over to the shelf and grab something new that you know is good without having to go to the store and rummage through the bargain bin. Plus, I missed SO many games on the PS1 because I didn't have the money to buy them. I only made the investment if I KNEW that I was going to have the time to finish it all the way through. I wish I had gotten my hands on Xenogears and some of the other great PS1 RPG's. I'm not about to make the same mistake with my PS2. Used games are cheap and plentiful right now and I can afford to get them so I'd rather be safe than sorry. Besides, its not quite as daunting an investment as it seems. I got those 9 games for about $135. Also consider that VC Stories, SOTC, and Okami I bought new. So those three games totaled $80. The other six came to $55. I would be stupid not to buy them now.
Shinobi for the PS2 is a godly title.niptuckSeanYup, got that one already too. Was Nightshade any good?
For RPGs I would suggest Suikoden 3, the Shadow Hearts series and Dragon Quest VIII. For action you should also check out the Onimusha games.celtic1962Got em already, sorry I didn't mention them earlier.
