Here is the proof the decision did not mean much at all for Epic and everyone else who do not like the way Apple does business.

Alot of other sites have been touting the decision as a HUGE win for them when in reality it was not even a pyrrhic victory for em.

I dont think this means devs can avoid that 30%, i think i read in that S. Korea ruling that apple said they will still collect that 30% its just not automatic now. From what has been said here the judge said Apple cant force devs to use its payment system but it says nothing about them not paying that fee.

Industry lobbyists are getting their check books ready.

I have the privilege of paying for up to 120mb, usually 100mb at best, for $75/m to spectrum. No need for legislation to compel competition here at all.
