Based on this article i can only assume that Arcade mode was not even a consideration when this game first started development. That is fine CAPCOM maybe "sometime down the road" I will buy the game.

Played little halfway passed 3 before I got bored and never touched it again, never played 4 since it looked like more of 3. This game at least looks and plays differently so I guess if will be worth a look come summer sale.
