Anybody taking Nintendo's side on this is beyond insane.
Who said anything about picking sides?
He has a LONG history of complaining that Copyright strikes shouldn't happen because "99% of other companies don't do this to me".
Was it last year or two years ago he had a meltdown because Nintendo flagged his Let's Plays? Only to do what? The exact same shit weeks later.
Now he is back at it. Knowing this is a thing that happens despite most companies letting it slide because he is big enough. Thing is, this understanding where one company stops charging the other in hopes that they get free publicity, isn't a deal you are entitled to. No one owes him a free pass, yet he keeps coming back with monetized rant videos over and over like clockwork... almost as if he found a way to make money off of a situation he has no moral high ground to stand lol
-He could be creative with his nintendo reviews to bypass CC.
-He could open a non monetized channel and ask for donations.
-He could do minimum coverage and not monetize.
-He could become a "Nintendo partner".
-Or he could periodically bitch and moan that Nintendo should leave him alone as others do because he is doing "them a solid", pretending its about some mutual benefit morals when in truth he feels he shouldn't abide by the rules of paying for owned content in order to embelish his business.
He chose the last. Go figure. Its funny because his tune changed actually. He is a lot more soft spoken this time around after being laughed at and smacked around in other forums for the tone he decided to go in his original Nintendo rants! The whole "is it right or wrong, its for you to decide" crap he now says wasnt around when he was hoping to garner sympathy in his earlier DRAMA videos. Its almost as IF.... he either realized no one hows Youtube businesses charity work or thought "shit, this is not sticking! Better backtrack". Its hilarious!
