Its 2 gigs of 1066 not 800. That power supply imo is good enough for me, a 72 amp, greatly reviewed by pros 700W for 95$? Sounds good to me

Great rig you ordered. Awesome price/performance. But you should get an aftermarket cooler so you can do some good OCing on your E8400. I would suggest the AC Freezer 7 pro, its got a nice price on it and delivers good cooling from what i have heard.

You dont have to do it right away, or not at all if you arent overclocking.

JSDempsey

I'll look into that, for some reason my rig runs at 70C stable? Maybe it's just horrible heating, but i definetly will get some more cooling for my new rig, as i've never OC'd before i really want to try, maybe i'll also get a liquid cooling system

[QUOTE="QuitoFOOL"]

I'm buying a 8800GTS 320mb but my PSU is only 300W. It seems like it wouldn't work but I'm using an 8600GT right now somehow...

mastershake575

most 300watts can power an 8600gt easy but for the 8800gts you will want to go higher a good quality 430watt-500 will be plenty as for the person above me no you don't need an extra pcie power connector

Actually i had purchased myself a MSI 8600GT Twin turbo, which required a 400W supply to run it, and since i didn't have that it led me to build a completely new computer with 8800GTS :) (Picking it up tomorrow /drool)
