I fixed it. I'm running duel monitors with the image extended. The Dell was set as secondary. I changed the Dell to primary and disabled the other monitor. 1920x1200 became available. Reset it as second monitor and everything still looks good.

Tried custom resolution. Looked all distored. My monitor is giving me the correct current resolution of 1680x1050 and the max of 1900x1200. Nividea panel sees my monitor as DELL2405PFW.

Looks like you don't have composite or HDMI input. Maybe to adapter mentioned above is the way to go. I'm not familiar with it.

You sure thats the native res of your monitor? Most 24" monitors are 1920x1200.

AdamPA1006

No idea. When I look at display properties that's the max resolution.

This is a 2nd hand monitor so I am no sure on its specs.

It did look fine on my old 8800.

Is it a crappy monitor? I would try the 1920X1200

It's a Dell 2405FPW. 1920x1200 isn't an option on my slider.

Look at your monitor documentation and tell us the types of inputs your monitor has. Look and see if your Xbox has HDMI out.

Firstly , is it possible?

If it is, what is the easiest way? and how much will it cost me?

In case ur wondering, i game on 20 inch JVC that is about 15 years old. The quality is crap and i can bearly read the words. However my 22 inch samsung monitor is beautiful, and i would enjoy gaming on it.

Crypt_mx

If it has component input you should have no problem. You'll need speakers though. I run mine on a 24 in Dell.
