Wich one will suit my needs the best ? I got x2 4200, 8800gts 320mb, 4x512mb kingston drr2 667mhz, m2n-e, WD caviar 250Gb 7200 16 mb ( for sig-blind people)

You aren't using more then 250-270w at load. A quality 400w PSU is more then enough.

It takes a lot of time and research to become a human power consumption calculator.
this is my main question. I just need to know if it voids the warranty if i use programs to modify the fan speed on the gpu.also, does it void the video card's warranty if i use programs like riva-tuner and ati-tray-tools to OC it or change the fan speed?
