Batman Arkham City owns Sleeping Dogs for hand-to-hand combat. It might not be a massive open world, but I'd still consider it an "OWG" (which I'll admit, this video is the first time I've ever heard that acronym used)

Rockstar, if you do this PLEASE meet us halfway and let us import our PS3/360 save files over to the next gen consoles. I'm not really microtransaction guy, but it would suck if people dump money into their PS3 GTA:O character and then have to spend that money again on the PS4 version.

That's actually a very low budget when you compare it to other AAA games- rumour has it GTAV had a $250 million development budget.
