omg your joking right? first of all im going with 2 other people, and whats up with all the "being careful" thing, its a well lit place, we made the meetin outside a TMOBILE store. he doesnt want to give too much of his infomation as far as i spoke to him VIA email, he doesnt want to give his cell phone number either but what the heck. i mean i dont get it, if he brings the controller and i test it with my battaries and it turns on, what could be wrong with it?bigboy2092

anyting could be wrong, i told you up there..but im sure it'll be fine, i usually only do that other stuff i said on exspensive items

i sorta agree...wii fit, music, sports all so unneeded and embarrasing...in my eyes, gaming goes down the toilet when i walk into a room and get beat by a bunch of little kids at a dumb Wii game (and me being pretty much a veteran of gaming since sega genesis), total disgrace, what happened to hardcore gaming?

can never be 2 careful when meeting a stranger.. meet at the Police Department or a populated well-lit place...check w/ batteries, get his contact information and verify it, check out the controller and make sure it looks good, use the buttons, immediatley take it home and use it and check all buttons for function, pressure and response...if something is wrong, call him back ASAP and if he says too bad i scammed you call the cops :D

it would also be a good idea to draw up a hand written receipt stating the controller is in full working order and state that you have 7 days to get your money back if theres a defect he didnt describe to you....have you and him sign it and maybe a witness if possible

i know it seems like a lot but you can never be too careful...remember: an once of prevention rather than a pound of cure

or you could get a new one off ebay for cheap and you're protected from defects and scammers on there :D
