Anyways we have been pumping CO2 into hte atmosphere since the industrial revolution. This is like 250 years of doing so. You can't really undo that even if is the sole cause of global warming. Natural temperature variation should be considered. When you take a look at what has been happening you see that the Earth goes through cycles of temperature variation, then you see what is happening now. You see a spike in the temperature that directly correlates to the amount of Co2 that has been pumped into the air. We can't undo the damage that has alread been done, but we can mitigate what is going to happen in the future.
