Well, if you dont plan on paying exactly 100 dollars for a DX10 card...(cause that will be a while) I suggest you wait about a month or so for the Geforce 8600's to come out, the top of the line 8600 will be about 189 dollars, affordable for sure.

4200 is fine for gaming, my friend has a 4200 and a decent video card (i forget exactly which gpu) but he runs company of heroes, bf2 and cs source on maxed out settings. I might also mention that he has 2 gigs of ram.

Yes I agree with the above, deffinately do a spyware and a malware scan.  Use spybot and ad-aware, both are free and work wonderfully.  Also, find a free registry cleaning program, I use RegClean...also free.  DL it at :  RegClean

For some reason I love pistols when they're done right and i have to say the HL2 Pistol is my favorite.

My next in line would be the m4a1 and ak47 from cs: source.

WW2- M1 Garand always.

Ehh, personally I dont think its worth spending the money on a new mobo and graphics card because if you plan on getting a job soon you mine as well wait and build a whole new system.  This will save you money in the long run rather than buying something now...thats already outdated then having to upgrade (or build a whole new) system.  Another reason this would be smart is because of the 8600's release in march and the price drops on C2D's in April.  Until then, you might just be better off sending that 360 in for some repairs.

Do some reasearch on the IC2 Extreme and C2D's because Ive talked to some people and they have been talking about price drops on these intel processors.  If there really are going to be price drops...you could save yourself some cash...unless you can afford to spend that kind of money without thinking twice about it.  Also, G. Skill ram is a good price, but its known to have its issues (can be a little touchy).  Also, like the above said, get another cathode light because a.) one would just look funny and b.) 2 will light up the case more.

If the above doesnt work...do a Google search for Berlac Advisor (free download), that should tell you everything you need to know.
