no mention of the season pass yet, which is great news and show that dice/EA have learned from bf3/bf4/hardline and how they interact with the community and rebuilding that trust and respect; I'm not saying there wont be a season pass, but its nice that they didn't shove it down our throats day 1. however this is unsurprisingly the first bit of greed we can see for the next battlefield via deluxe edition, which doesn't seem worth it even though we don't know the full details of these different packs. battlepacks are back, not supper thrilled about that, so its not a stretch to imagine shortcut packs could be back; and the paid early access is a crappy idea. its only 3 days but in a MP focused game that means alot of people will be way ahead in terms of loadouts by the time the full launch occurs.

still a great episode, except for 3 major plot holes: the hounds disappearing with 1 of the hound handling soldiers with a shield on his back (or maybe they did kill him but through editing we never got to see it); and the scene of killing the prince on the ship.

How did the sand snakes get on that ship? if im not mistaken the prince was onboard with Jaime to stay with his future bride, while the sand snakes watched them sail away. the ship was still at kings landing, and yet the sand snakes just appear outside his bedchamber to kill him and he wasn't surprised to see them onboard. nothing was explained at all, did they take another ship and catch up to Jaime and sneak onboard? why didnt the prince have guards who should be aware that his bride was poisoned to not allow sand snakes to walk in like they owned the place?

final plot hole was melisandre taking off her magic necklace (or whatever you prefer to call it) and her true form is revealed, yet someone online already pointed out that in earlier seasons she did take a bath without the necklace on, and was young still. whoops?

hmm, well GRRM hasn't finished the last 2 books and although he knows and shared the big plots pts with the showrunners, he doesn't know all the final little details, at least not for "a dream for spring," so the writers will have to probably use only what GRRM can give and make up the rest to the best of their ability. which sucks cause the books and the tv show will be even more different by the time things end.

hopefully this will mean less wait time, like the walking dead we could get season 7 and 8 6-8 months apart.

lmao, gg blizzard. I thought for a sec that you were gonna cave and change the pose to something none sexual to appease the cry babies, instead we get a leg up and a slightly off angle butt shot. love it.

I liked the episode until the credits rolled. then I leaped out of my seat and screamed "WHAT!" at the screen for not revealing who dies. Now we have to either wait for s7 in Oct or let the leaked on set photos tell us who isn't around anymore. What a total screw up. Are the writers that scared to reveal to us who dies before the 6 month hiatus? or maybe they couldn't decide. so this cliffhanger is more of a cop out that left fans angry, when they should have left us in tears by showing who actually died. Regardless, we (well most of the fans) will be coming back to see the show no matter what, and that's what makes this even worse. By doing this the writers showed a lack of confidence in the shows longevity.

@Mogan: agreed. as a long time total war fan, ive been burned a few times, empire and rome 2 being the worst launches in the series imo. what sucks is they are trying to get people to blindly preorder this in order to get the chaos faction dlc for free. thankfully steam refund now exists.

i don't mind his honesty at all, im tired of actors who always claim its about the art; with some exceptions of course. with everyone else being so politically correct, its nice to have an actor(s) say they also do it and enjoy it for the money.

Very sad. This show is something very special, Andy and Danny poured their hearts and souls into this. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, I wish Andy the best; and I look forward to more creative content from Danny at Gamespot. cracks open a beer, here's to the success of "the point," a show that was honest and real, and lets not forget that awesome intro. Cheers guys!
