@Sgthombre I believe by "COD games" he means CoD and all the modern shooters like it.
You can make the argument that there aren't nearly so many copies of AC as there are of CoD. I still think Ubi was dumb to release AC2, Brotherhood and Revelations back to back to back.
Ouch. I've got a big hard drive, and typically install all of the games I frequently play, but this really hurts for the people who don't have so much space to spare.
You have to load a save from before the (SPOILERS) attack on the Cerberus Base in order to experience the Extended Cut, so says BioWare. I wonder how much gameplay, if any, is changed along the way, and how much of it is just added cutscenes and such. It's almost a 2 gig download.
I'm interested, at least. It'll get me to put the ME3 disc (oh right, two discs, I'm on 360) back in the tray one more time. And it's free, so as long as they don't make things worse, they shouldn't get too much shit thrown at them. Not that there isn't a spot on them that hasn't been hit already.
Can anyone say Assassin's Creed? If I ever saw a player actually get killed in combat in that game, I'd laugh my ass off at them. Especially in the latest two games.
It seems like forever ago that I actually cared about ME3. I've beaten it three times, twice on normal and then straight to insanity, seen all three of the pretty color endings, gotten all the achievements, and been disappointed by the fact that they've only released DLC for the multiplayer so far. Yes, it's free DLC, but I could care less about their multiplayer.
I don't know, I'm just done with Mass Effect. The series will always have its special little place in my gaming hall of fame, so to speak, but I don't really want to hear about it, or play it, anymore.
