Oblivion is the most accurate depiction of the appearance of the medieval times era i've seen to this day in a video game, both graphics and gampeplay, as well as a great musical score....oh and by the way if your looking for a laugh just go into any game store and look at the Wii's game library that should be good for a laugh, and then go into any game magazine and look at the reviews for those games and that should be good for an even bigger laugh.PS3nut

0_o I wasn't aware there were oblvion gates with hordes of fiends pouring out of them during the dark ages. The Medievil games are far more accurate depictions of that era (And have more than 5 tile sets as well lol). Look kid, why don't you just back out of this thread before you make even more idiotic comments than you already have.

While your at it, why don't you play some top teir RPGs, like Morrorwind, Planescape: Torment, BG, Eye of the Beholder, and depending on whether or not you can do basic math (Which I doubt) why don't you try some table top. Maybe then you will realize the holes in Oblivion.

As long as some people are going to fixate on game world size... helping out Nytegard, I got bored, ran some numbers, and did a scale size comparison of the last 3 Elder Scrolls games. This is how big they are compared to each other. Oh yeah, and I tripled the size of Morrowind and Oblivion, because when I did it 1:1 scale against Daggerfall, they were too small to see. Daggerfall's actually 3x as big compared to the other two than this picture indicates. JPEG compression is going to kill this because I did it at full size then shrunk it, but oh well, you get the idea. Makari

Yea, but you must remember, a lot of that was procedurally generated. Great game though.

Alright, Ok let's get something straight i'm 39 years old and i've owned every console and handheld that has ever come out since the Telstar console in 1976 before the Atari 2600 all which most likely took place before you were born, so please don't ever question me about my knowledge of consoles or console games.PS3nut

ROFL, yea right. You do realize that theres been HUNDREDS of consoles right? If you had even close to everygame console, you would be in the record books.

BTW: You should dl the TES CS and have a look through. There like half the static objects used in the game when compared to morrowind. Theres little to NO variation. It's literally 3-5 different tilesets.

Next time you try be a big man, kid. Check your facts and tell the troof.

Seems to me that the last installment of NFS really didn't do it. Is Pro Street the beginning of the end of NFS?

Goldeneye007800

The last NFS that I really got into was Underground 2. All the ones since then have been pretty bad imo.
