it's still being supported by sony, the ps2 is still getting quality titles such as rock band, this year so far.

the ps2 will probably not see any fantastic first/second party games THIS YEAR, but at least sony is letting third party devs still work with ps2 rather than forcing them to work with 360, like m$ does.

No, its proving best for FPS due to 360's awesome controller. Consoles are the best for everything else other than RTS and MMORPG. PC's used to have it all.

Face it. PC gamers are just better than console gamers. We need more controls because we like to play complicated games that would confuse the lowley consolites.

TImes have changed, gaming is open to a larger audience, due to Consoles. That doesn't mean the core PC gamer base isn't there, and lets face it, no Halo fanboy woul last a second ingame with a PC FPS Vet. Most console only gamers would get really confused when dealing with Starcraft and most console RPGers would not find Planescape: Torment very accsesible.
