[QUOTE="householdman"][QUOTE="Grantelicious"]All you care being harsh tbh, i mean if you want it to be like the old fallout games then why don't you just play the old games if you like them sooo much? Too many people are on the hate band wagon and don't even play the old fallout games, just think it's kool to act all "hardcore" or w/e they wanna call it......... i call it "go out and get laid" personally lol. Oblivion was great and for all you who loved morrowind so much well..... go and play morrowind then lol we don't need games to stay the esact same throughout time, specially seeing as Oblivion improved on Morrowind in every way.
You just know Fallout 3 is going to be another great game from these developers and i know alot of people are gonna **** about it like they did Oblivion but i wish they would just shut up....
Grantelicious
Have you even played Fallout 1 & 2? Or even Morrowind for that matter?
The reason people want to keep some things similar is because they work, and they work well.
The first 2 fallout games were infinitely deeper than Oblivion, and I personally would like to see the 3rd game reflect that fact. I don't want a knee height action RPG, I want a deep, immersive, post-apocalyptic role playing experience.
Well wait to see what they do but i for one can't wait.
I'm just looking forward to this game SO much, there is a huge lack of RPGs of a similar depth to the ton of Isometric RPGs that came out a little while ago (Planescape: Torment anyone, god I love that game). I don't want them to turn this into an Oblivion clone in a different setting, it has SO much more to offer than that!!!! But I regress, I somewhat trust Bethesda , they are my favorite RPG devs(Along with Piranha Bytes) since Bioware lost their hard earned place in my heart .
