This game sells itself on looking good, among other things. If they can't even utilise the high-end hardware you own to get the best visual experience, then that's a pretty huge oversight. I also heard it runs shit on a overclocked 980 ti.

My MSI GTX 970 isn't gonna be pleased to here this news and it looks like I'll just settle for playing the Xbox One version for the most parts until they patch it.

Wouldn't say it runs like shit, I get around 50f+ps on avg @1440p and the frame times arent as bad as I have 144hz monitor, but it's by no means as smooth as it should be, I've roughly 20% oc on my 980ti

Interesting how 970 so behind, while on the benchmarks I've seen from 1440p 980ti is about the same as Fury X

Dare I say it?

Xbox Won. :P

For those who dont have at least 970, ssd, 60+ hz monitor ye the xbox version seems better.

I don't know where they got that 50fps cap from as I've seen multiple videos of people with 60hz monitor hitting above 50fps

QB PC vs. XB1 ( DF )

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2016-what-went-wrong-with-quantum-break-pc

Quantum Break has arrived on the PC and to suggest that the results are disappointing would be a massive understatement. PC gamers are left out in the cold with another high profile release failing to deliver expected levels of performance, features and customisation. As things stand, it simply isn't possible to achieve a smooth frame-rate on any PC hardware configuration and thanks to the profound limitations imposed on gamers by the Universal Windows Platform, there's no way to fix it.

F*** UWP

I dont understand the double buffer vsync in QB, as Tomb Raider on UWA is able to use tripple buffer vsync

Witcher 3 was also distributed by WB in NA and Namco in JPN, but still published by CDPR

Tho from this list Nier may end up on PC as the devs said it's not decided yet that it's ps4 only, but as it stands it's exclusive

Got a link?

Really wish there was at least an option to turn the film grain off

I feel that the film grain hits QB image quality too much and the only way for QB to reach anywhere near UC4 is to run it at 4k or higher and that's not playable on any PC setup as it stands
