Silky smooth, only possible on the current console generation leader, the playstation 4!

60fps on custom high settings vs 60fps on absolute max is quite the difference in how demanding they are, you drop MSAA down, draw distance, shadows down a notch and bam huge fps boost
@thedork_knight Marvelous and when you consider it's streamed you come to notice how much streaming services have advanced over the years(you obv need 30mbit+ connection too), even the normal 1080p streams from netflix look a lot better than what your avg television channels offer you
Awesome thanks, getting my 4k set at the end of april. Have just finished devouring the second series of DD but will happily smash thorugh it again. Do games look any different on them?
Honestly for pure gaming a 1080p tv is still better as upscaling the game to 4k does not make it look better, you also need to make sure your tv supports hdmi 2.0 else you are stuck on 30fps and the 4k tv's tend to have higher input latencies
@howmakewood: Probably $400.
I have a decent PC that can do 4k resolution but I'm waiting on my new power supply to come in because mine died on me when trying to game onight my tv.
Ye I think 400$ is the price point most can bare with consoles, which is a bit stretch if sony wanted to release a truly 4k gaming capable ps and not sell it at loss

I just bought a 60" 4K TV a few weeks ago, I'might definitely interested in 4K gaming on the PS4.
Out of interest, how much would you be willing to pay for a 4k 30fps capable ps4 right now?
4K looks awesome when I see it on display in retail stores, I wonder if Sony does this if MS will do the same, I just recently had to get a new TV and got a really nice Sony Bravia, but if they both make the jump to 4K I'll be tempted to follow lol
It truly is, hoping Netflix would provide more 4K content than what it's currently offering, it is getting better tho and Daredevil s2 in 4K is no joke. I have no regrets of buying 4k TV a year back as they really aren't that pricy anymore
edit: and if you meant 4K games then most likely isn't coming to consoles quite yet
