That's odd, i'd expect it to be a triangle with an ! in the middle which is known as a caution sign. I only get the sign you posted when my iPod is connected to my computer but it has to do with not disconnecting the iPod until it has been ejected from iTunes.
I would love to help but I have no idea how to fix your problem, hopefully someone else can be more helpful then I was.
I have a MacBook Pro and a custom built PC. My MBP is surprisingly faster even though it's a dual core and my PC is a quad core running XP. That's the power of OS X. :)
I love my mac for everything but gaming, that's where my PC shines.

XP uses one core at a time. OSX uses 2 at a time (i think) and nothing (linux maybe?) uses 4 cores. Yeah that would explain the speed difference. Especially since my Mac is running Leopard which is 64 bit thus taking more advantage of my processor. I have never used Linux but I doubt that it could effectively use all 4 cores, if I am wrong then i'd love to try it out.

yeah i tried to drag my songs to the ipod, and there's a sign that comes up that wont let me add the tracks...

I never sync my music. I just drag the tracks from my computer to the iPod, no syncing needed. This way, I can add songs from another computer without having to delete the ones that are already stored on my iPod.
No, it's good for us as long as it's practiced in moderation. More masturbation means less spread of STI's. My health teacher even encourages us to practice at least once a day.
Like I said in another thread, Ron Paul is an excellent candidate but not the best. That title belongs to Dennis Kucinich because he is very intelligent and his main goal is to help the American people. Too bad most ignorant Americans are going to vote for Obama or Clinton for reasons that have nothing to do with how the country is going to be run under their control.
While Ron Paul is an excellent candidate for president, I still think that Dennis Kucinich is the best candidate as he is the most intelligent and he is running to help the American people which is something that most of the other candidates can't truthfully say.
