The hardware storage is much more durable. The product itself is significantly smaller, thinner & lighter. Consistent software updates through iTunes. There seems to be nothing new, useful or worthwhile added to the new iPod range at all. I think apple are releasing new ones just for the sake of it in the hope they will sell (which they will). Just seems like a waste of time if you ask me.
