well the title should be self-explanatory lol. in case its not: i just bought my 360 [oh my god and does it ever feel so frickin good!] but now, before i plug my baby onto Live Silver, i wanna check something out. I don't wanna waste my 1 month gold trial. so i want to wait until a good multiplayer game comes into my hands [Gears, some time soon :D]. but till then, i want to download Bioshock and Stranglehold via Silver. I was wondering, does the Gold trial automatically activate itself the moment u connect to the net? or do u have to choose to activate 'gold trial'?

please do answer! i'm itching to play bioshock, and the skate demo this tuesday !1!!!!oneoneoen~!!

just wondering: does the 360 accept all USB keys? my friend just bought the ps3, and he can update firmware via usbkey, and use a USB computer game pad as well. is this functionality available with the 360? ie:
can i update the dashboard via usb rather than burning or going to live?
can i transfer saves, music, vids to and from USB keys and USB Hard Disk Drives?
can i use usb keyboards, usb mice, usb gamepads on the 360?

just a few questions i thought i'd ask.

thanks!

you should include the HDMI cables. they're kinda important for the 'feel'.
and since when is 'price' the main point? are u forgetting that 360 has more power in terms of delivering graphics? (if i wanna stream video / music then i'd get a ps3)

yeah i really can't wait any longer lol. i gotta "finish" gears before skate comes out lol! then there's assassin's creed, mass effect.... so so much more.... but hey, if my 360 drops dead [touch wood] after the 65nm comes out, i can get it replaced by M$ [or at least it should work like that... otherwise it'll just cost M$ more to keep repairing the 90nm ]

either buy a transformer, or u can get a multi-voltage AC adapter off the net. i actually asked microsoft, and they said that AC adapters are available. so might wanna ask around when u reach ur destination in europe.

but something u should actually be worrying about is games: NTSC isn't available in europe, asia etc. etc.
