Congrats on finally beating the level. If you go through it again, especially if you're trying to get the skill point for that level (Le Parkeur), air fuel grenades are marvelous against the widowmaker. I get on the top floor of the building where the widowmaker comes out. Stick a couple on it and it's done for.

30-40 is a good guess. It takes place in 4 different areas of the world with each one being pretty lengthy. Also the cutscenes alone total 4 hours!!!!!

The system is picking up the GH3 guitar as a regular controller. That's why it's asking for the microphone. You use the controller to select with the microphone. You need the RB peripherals to play the game. Your friend needs to gather some used ones from a game store or bite the bullet and spend the $170 for the bundle.

The game is badass!!! As far as I know you CAN still play the game even if one of your peripherals is "busted". Haven't had that problem yet and I don't trust the store's versions. The soundtrack is awesome! Better than GH3? Some songs yes and others no. They both have their strong points in the soundtrack category. Plus when you add the DLC it just gets better. The challenge is in the drums for sure. The guitar difficulty is on the same level as GH1. I like the GH series, but at some point the challenge just becomes ridiculous. GH3 is by far the hardest of the series, but that's another thread. Singing is not a big deal either. It's like karaoke and if you've got good friends they'll give you crap for sounding horrible, you laugh it off and then have them sing. All in all this is truly a party game. Grab the gang and have a blast! 5/5 stars

Some demos would be nice, but you can bet that most of the store update will be Rock Band DLC.

There's always been a lot of discussion on the boards (especially system wars) about who's got the better graphics. It's been almost a year since PS3 hit the markets and we're fast approaching second generation games. I guess my question would be is anybody impressed with the progression of graphicsin upcoming games? I personally think that a second gen title like R&CF:ToD are definitley on par, if not better, than Heavenly Sword. I'm sure that R&C has been in the works for a bit, but R:FoM came first. Compare that to Uncharted that we've known about since E3 '05 or '06. I just can't consider that a second gen game. Kane and Lynch, CoD4, MGS 4, UT3! Those will be just a few second gen titles that people will be looking to. They will be compared. Does everyone think that we are starting to see PS3 progression?

Myself and a couple of friends have been playing since launch and have racked up a lot of badges and ribbons, not to mention lots of rank. This is total BS if they have made everyone restart from scratch!!! Incognito should give Insomniac a call and find out how they fixed their problem cause this didn't happen in Resistance! It was tough at first getting stats to update on that game, but nobody ever restarted from scratch.

I'm disappointed, but still optimistic about this game. I'm a little confused by IGN on this. All the previews that they had for Lair pretty well glorified this game. Yeah they pointed out some trouble spots that could use some work, but most previews have that. Now the final product is out and they bash everything. The good stuff that's in the game, they don't elaborate on. Only negative. The last thing that got me was the final rating. I didn't do the math, but from the looks of it a 4.9 was too low. An 8.0, 7.5, 8.0, 4.5 and a 5.5 shouldn't add up to a 4.9. Maybe a 5 or a 6, but that's just me.

I had this problem last night. It sucks big time. It only did it at the end of ranked matches for me. On the screen at the end of the game showing the stats, there is the "regame in XX:XX" timer. It always froze at 26 seconds on me. 3 times I had to manually restart my system. I never had any issues in custom games just the ranked. But ranked is where it's at! Incognito and/or Sony needs to get this taken care of asap. I'll try the media server thing. Hopefully the suggestion works.

I'm hoping they get it up soon. Myself and a couple of friends were trying to get on R:FOM tonight and couldn't do it. Thought it was for the update, which is cool, but wanted to get some online action going. Maps sound like they'll be really fun and a nice change.
