@jayd02 They probably spent most of their time trying to just get the game to run. Give it some time and let them get their ideas out and it could be good. From what they showed us it is really just showing that projects can be made relatively fast on Unreal 4.

@xsonicchaos IT HAS ONLY BEEN DEVELOPED FOR 2-3 MONTHS. They probably spent most of their time just getting the game to run. If you watch the video he says what he wants to do, they just haven't gotten to it. Give them time to actually make a game and not just a working demo.

No, when the same game comes out every year it gets old and tired. Even if it is technically better the formula gets boring. I don't want a new AC every year, that is a terrible idea please do not do this.

It looks nice, they have touched up the engine but the real proof will come when it gets the people and we can test it. BF3 got boring for me when I knew how the walls would crumble, and the online battle modes got old very quickly. They did add some later but by that time I already maxed out my level and I didn't want to go back.

Something that I don't like to see are animations. Animations are something that plague some video games and they break the realism for me. An example of this can be seen at 4:40 when he shoots the enemy down. It looks good until the animation for the soldier to stand back up kicked in. At this moment it just looks rushed and fake and I'm really surprised that this isn't something that hasn't been fixed or at least changed. Another example is at 8:48 when he shoots the soldier in the side with the shotgun and he falls towards him. The soldier just fell into a default fall and dye animation.

There are probably more in the trailer but I'm not looking to hard right now. Other then that I think the game will be interesting. Interesting to see how much is improved from 3 and if it is better then 3. Lets just hope they don't go the Call of Duty route and almost every game since 4 is just a sorry remake. I miss you MW4, I really do.

I understand what you mean by watching and learning and not unlearning it Kevin. I hate watching trailers of a game and they show you something far down the road in the game. Then when I play the game and something potentially exciting happens but then I remember back to the trailer I saw and say to myself, "Well this can't happen because I remember that trailer and that hasn't happened yet. This means that this event will be pointless because I haven't experienced that trailer yet." Has anyone had one of these moments? I try not to watch trailers now because this happens so often.

I have a Wii U and I love it but it has collected dust next to my PS3. I feel the mistake Nintendo made was making this opening window so long. I don't know why they would let the system get this dry. We did just recently get Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate but we need something that isn't re-mastered. Nintendo needed to think this through more and have at least one or two games come out a month.
