I downloaded the Demo and the game is awsome. My PC has a 3 ghz P4 (200mhz above minimum requirements so it's ok.) 1 gig of DDR2 RAM (Which is the minimum), and a 512MB 7950GT OC. I am able to run it on all setting high (haven't tested AA level yet) and the game runs fine except when I am around AI and when buildings are breaking apart. I am not expecting 60+ FPS, I am cool with 30+. My question is... if I get another gig of RAM, should that greatly help the problem of RAM when I am around AI and Buildings? I am led to believe that this would fix it because most of the lag occurs when I first encounter the AI and buildings then it seems like my computer catches up some. Please let me know what you think.
Thank You

You're running it on HIGH? and getting how many frames per second with that set up? Either you're running it at 800x600 or lying.
he HAS a PCIe BECAUSE that's what a 7300GS uses. (I should be a detective :P) if you really DON'T want a 8800 THEN go for the next best thing, an X1950 Pro, or if YOU'RE using Vista THEN a 8600GT or X2600 Pro(take advantage of the DX10). dboy7
Just in case you want to apply for a job some day.
Hey all, I've got a set of Logitech 5.1's and an Audigy 2 soundcard, and I'm having issues getting all 6 speakers to sound at once.
Only one input on the card is yielding sound, irregardless of which of the 3 plugs I use (green, black, yellow) - whichever plug I use in the center input, that is what set of speakers works (fronts/sub; sides; center). So, all speakers are in working order, just can't get them all to work together.
I'm going to update my archaic amd3500/A8Nsli/2gig ddr to a Q6600/P35/2gigDDR2-800. I'm planning on keeping my vid card, hdd, sound card, etc. However, I haven't ever done this type of "remodel" job, just built new ones from scratch.
My question is, will I run into any trouble by taking out the current mobo/cpu/memory and adding a new mobo/cpu/memory, with all my remaining components?
Just checking before I blow something up. Thanks. :)
