They are the best progressive metal band out there... No, they're not, not even close. Opeth and Mastodon both **** all over Dream Theater. Sorry but 10 minutes of technical showboating, and dozens of passages that have no relation to the last don't qualify a band to be best prog metal Okay, you're totally right there.. I just enjoy their sounds, their guitarrist, their drum beats... Not exactly correlation between passages...
