just a little poll I'd thought I'd do, just to check. please be honest, don't answer if you don't have a ps3 or are another console's fan who wants to mess with the results. Thanks.

P.S. this was probably done before, but numbers tend to change over time.

Well, it started as just rumers but it now seems so close, what do you think? Should I buy a ps3 now (80g+infamous) or wait for the slim? I don't mind waiting a month or 2, but I won't wait 'till next year or something. What do you guys think?

before you get mad at me let me say: I know that this has been asked before but i couldn't find recent posts and these things tend to change over time.

well, I want to buy a ps3, but after having a 360 blow up (actually rrod), I don't want ot be wasting my money again. so, is the ps3 reliable? will it easily break? I also read something about the yellow light of death, how frequent is it? assuming i put the ps3 in a well ventilated area and take good care of it, how long can i continuously play with it before i need to worry about overheating? in short, is this a safe buy that will last for a long time?

thanks for helping

Well, i have had my wii for a while and had no problems with it so far. Except 2 days ago a problem started appearing. You see, if I play a game for say an hour, and then i want to switch games, then i go to the wii menu, eject the disc and put another in. However, the wii doesn't read the disc, the disc channel shows the disc spinning but nothing happens, and if you eject the disc the spin animation continues but there is no disc to spin. If I reset the wii then it is ok. Do you think I should worry about it, has it happened to anyone? I still have the warranty. Please tell me what you think I should do.

well i have a Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop, it has an AMD Turion 64X2 TL-50 (1.6 GHz) processors. 2 GB RAM and an ATI Radeaon Xpress 1150 graphics card. will i be able to play oblivion using oldblivion and will it work well? i am willing to compromise on graphics if it means playable performance.

well, i played oblivion on a friend's 360 and i liked it. he told me that i can get it for the computer, but i do not know if my computer can handle this. i went on the website that checks these things and got a positive result, but I am still unsure. i have a Dell Inspiron 1501 Laptop, it has an AMD Turion 64X2 TL-50 (1.6 GHz) processors. 2 GB RAM and an ATI Radeaon Xpress 1150 graphics card. it runs on windows Vista. do you think my computer will run the game? or will buying it be a waste of time and money?

well, as you all probably know, there has been a problem with some wii consoles failing to play SSBB. now, i have bought my Wii about a month ago, and i wonder, will it play SSBB, or will i have to send it. is there a way to tell without putting the disk in? please don't say that Nintendo replaces these consoles for free, i know that. i just want to know if you can whether or not you will have to replace it.

ok, well, i have owned a wii for a while and yesterday when i was playing i noted something. you see, in some cases, like the setting screen, the squares which are supposed to be made of perfectly straight lines seem a little angled, almost a little round on the side that points "out" of the TV. this happens in other places too. it should be mentioned that the TV is a NON-flat screen TV. when i hooked it up to the flat screen in the living room, it seemed the lines were straight again. is this situation normal for NON-flat screens? or is it a problem? please help me.

well, i'm looking for almost any information you can give about it (excluding wether it happened to you or not, unless trying to prove apoint). more specificaly, what causes it? what are the odds of it happening? is it as common as RROD, or is it very rare? please answer truthfully and not like fanboys. thanks
