@Sun-Tzu-GE: Yeah, I'm a proponent for PC games, but according to good data only a few million of Steams users even own more than five games. Cool for those few mp titles that make up the bulk, but the actual market on Steam that may buy a AAA game is more like 10 mil.

@MaxBlaze: It would be nice to think it sets a good example for the people in the comments, but I gather its success on that regard is only so-so.

@beantownsean: Rise was pretty darn great, though. More than the reboot it really dug into Lara's character in an interesting way and did a lot more to differentiate itself from Uncharted. It sold really well on PC, deservedly, so I hope that it finds a big audience when it eventually reaches the PS4.
