Absolute load of crap. Are you telling me, a leader of a sophisticated network of individuals, with connections across borders, who being hunted by the western world. has time to sit around and **** off? I call absolute bull and just an attempt to add insult to injury.JJ_Productions

Why not? He was said to have never left the complex in 5 years. There's only so much you can do while in one location.

I'd also imagine concerns about the continuing implications of multiculturalism are as well.

BranKetra

What do you mean?

Reading that article, I couldn't help be reminded of the diversity in a state like Florida, and at the same time, debates on policies concerning Muslims in certain European countries, not that I say that this has reached the same level. Basically how easily concerns and reactive measures for "national identity" can also be seen as racism, not that I say it's either.

Youtube is bad, but honestly, most sites that allow unchecked posting tend to go sour fast. Look at CNN.com. Some of the comments there are pretty bad.sonicare

That may be, but I think YouTube is a particularly bad case not only because of unchecked commenting and posting, but because of unchecked content posting as well. Whereas news sites have internal control and discretion about what they publish, YouTube's community is user-driven, and people can post whatever **** they want. Naturally, I believe such a lax atmosphere not only contributes to this problem, but also actively encourages it.

[QUOTE="The_Game21x"]Well I don't go to that place whose name we can't mention so I don't know how bad it gets over there so YouTube takes the cake for me. Never seen a bigger cesspool of racism and idiocy than the YouTube comment section.789shadow

This place whose name you can't mention: is this something new? Maybe it's because I've been off the Internet for awhile, but I've seriously never heard anything referred to in that matter.

Oh no, you know the site to which we refer, but it's so bad, actually mentioning it by name is a moddable offense.

Is it the site that begins with a number, and ends with a letter? I never knew that was a moddable offense.

What do you think is the worst website guilty of hosting massive amounts of comments that give rise to flaming, bigotry, and just generally uneducated and unsubstantiated remarks that sadly so many people buy into?

I thought You-Tube for the longest time took this trophy, but ever since Yahoo! News re-enabled comments, I'm not so sure anymore. Just reading some of the comments for instance on an otherwise standard political and foreign policy article often greatly disturbs me. I suppose anywhere with a significant enough community will be just as bad, but these stick out to me in a way I've never seen before.

I think you should learn to check your sources.

The same way they handled it for a hundred and 150 years before becoming #1. And for most of that time, they were much less than even #2.
