Definitely could do without the Wii it is collecting dust. I really haven't played my 360 either since I got the PS3...this could simply be because the PS3 is in my bedroom and the 360 in the living room (plus my infatuation with Killzone). I think the 360 is great though (I also recently got the red ring thing so have to replace it).

I posed this question on the Killzone forums (without much response) after watching the video of the Gamespot Killzone night. I noticed the guy playing used the M82 scope quite often. I on the other hand rarely use it unles at long distance or if I have ample time froma covert spot. He was kinda run & gun using it. I usually just use the cross hairs, try to get them near the head and shoot in short spurts. I have gotten alot better but am I short changing myself by not using the scope more? How many good players use it often integrated into medium or short range combat? How many good players don't? Just wanted to hear some opinions and tips.

gears.

...and do yourself a favor, check to see what the people supporting killzone 2 have posted in other blogs. there is a system bias.

You mean like your bias for Xbox? I have them both but KZ2 gets my time hands down. I love the Gears series though but KZ2 online is just too much fun.

I just got it and I am enjoying it. I would reccomend it. I think you can run it. I am running it all on high on my laptop @ 1024x768 (haven't tried it at higher resolution yet).... specs: ASUS 50 2.53 ghz 4 ddr ram 9800 gsm 512mb Looks great. I do wish I had a mega power computer cause I bet this thing would be jaw dropping.

I just got a rig and enjoying it. As of now though, I still wouldn't give up my PS3. Maybe that will change at some point.

I just started playing Crysis for a few days now and I am really enjoying it. Looks great and the slow, stealth movement is refreshing. Story is pretty good so far. I have not really played any other PC shooter before this so I am not very good online (tried it once so far). So I would say it is a great game but KZ2 is my favorite online (at least for now). I've also been playing Half-life (Orange box) and I think Crysis will win out in the end in terms of which is my favorite. KZ2 is my favorite FPS followed by Halo & Gears but I am open minded to the PC thing so we'll see. I'm gonna get the new COD when it comes out so I'll throw that into the mix (I really haven't played this series either...was out of gaming awhile). Feel free to take my opinion with a grain of salt because I am relatively new to FPS outside of Halo.

I'll go with KZ2....the pace can be frantic and exciting, rank system and achievments are great and maps are gorgeous. My number one reason is simply how fun and addictive it is. Kinda how Halo 1 was when I played it for the first time (not online though) even though the games are very different. I'm trying out Crysis now so I'll let you know. Halo is great though, no doubt about it.

All in all the album is great and I'll buy it when it comes out to support it (got the bootleg now). I agree about the voice but he has some songs that are like the Eminem show plus someother flows I haven't heard before. Better than Encore but I agree about the voice. Some of his lyrics are unbelievable...I just admire the talent & not all songs are high pitched (I would encourage you to buy it). I'm installing Warhead right now then Wars and I'll be up and running with Crysis. Should be alot of fun.
