NIntendo has certainly found themselves a nice niche, too bad it's among senior citizens andsoccer moms.. I was hoping for something more of a throw back to their golden age of famicon (nes) and super famicon (snes).. and more Mii channels.. They didn't even anounce their network other than aimee hinting at sometype of blog service at the end of his conference but, that was it.. I'm not interested in Wii fit... howabout a Mii network??

Halo3 looks better in my opinion but as of right now, i really don't care which looks better.. Neither game is available to play right now.. LOoking at low resolution movies, crappy pics can't do either game justice. I'm getting both games anyway..

I keep seeing this. Everybody remembers last year's E3 and how Sony didn't deliver. Didn't they need it to be the best since they were launching the PS3 at a high price tag ?

this is the best i've heard out of these forums so far.. your exactly right.. they've garuanteed a place of themselves by including blu-ray but ultimately, the ps3 is still a game machine.. I sincerely hope that will be seeing something more than what they had last year.. possibly even playable betas of mgs, ff and kill zone2 might be enough (if not, IS) to take the wind out of halo3.. My fingers are crossed that we won't be seeing another playstation atleast until 2012 (rumors, spec sheets, prototype, dev kits, etc...)

to me, contrary to analyst predicting "this or that" nonsense, i really don't think the PS3 will catch up until 2011. Halo3 could possiblybe the biggest title to launch this year.Everyone keeps spilling this crap out the mouths about the PS3 "relaunching" this christmas: price drop?(c'mon, we know better. Sony isn't going to annouce a price drop, especially headed into the christmas season. they know someone will buy their system regardless of it price. I would count on seeing a price drop around mid-late january),better games (or better ports looking at how the industry gotten over exclusives), blah-blah-weren't they talking aboutthatlastspring when all the killer titles were coming?- the PS3 still needs to do more, especially if sony is asking gamers to pay more.. even while we wait for better games to come, what are other PS3 owners playing now?? Enchanted Arms? Sonic?? Resistance again? With this said, sadly Sony doesn't have a kill app going into the holiday with the exception of Kill Zone, jak and dexter, MGS4 (their biggest title since FF isn't making a showing until nest year).. So, in my opinion, the PS3 has all the tools to take over the market but it isn't taking over anything yet.. If the Wii continues to enjoy the brisk sells it's getting, the war everyone's got their stake in is going to get very interesting.. I predict the 360 this year simply due to the resounding successof Halo3, the Wii will be second since its mainly targeting the casual gaming market and nintendo fans and the PS3 will be last, while MGS4, Kill Zone, etc. willkeep sony's machine above water, sony's arrogance andunwillingness to makethe PS3 more attractive to potentialowners on the fence(price cut, of a bundle package, or something) will definitely keep the system in third place.. just my two cents.. bring on the flame... (
