I can’t see this launching within 30 days. Sony always markets their games for a few months or longer, even on PC. I’m all for 30 days or less, I just don’t think that will be the case. I don’t doubt the Complete Edition on PS5 could come in 30 days, but not the PC release.
@chriss_m: Exactly what I was thinking. They listed two games right there. SM2 and RE4. Then there’s Hogwarts, BG3, Dead Space, Jedi Survivor, FF16, Diablo 4 (for some), Armored Core VI, Remnant 2, Sea of Stars, Octopath 2. I’ll stop there. Plenty of AAA games and a ton of great indies as well.
Free to download 😂. EA charges $10-$20 per content pack in Sims 4, but the base game has plenty of content as-is. Sims 5 will have next to nothing when it launches “for free.” You’ll have to spend hundreds of dollars just to get the amount of content that the base game of Sims 4 has. You can bet that Sims 5 will cost you thousands of dollars in the end. This is EA’s new money machine. A mobile game without the energy limitation.
I never understood why the X-Men never donned their comic book suits. Every other super hero franchise did. It was always a huge disappointment for me, as a kid. I’m glad to see Wolverine (my favorite X-Man) getting the treatment.
Too many games has made me very selective, but has also pushed me to give more games a try and to hold out for the ones I like the best. I’ve been playing mostly indie games lately, because the quality and care shows the most.
AAA gaming is becoming a wash, except for a few games per year. I no longer bat an eye over the amount of games out there, because most of them are not of high quality and don’t have that fun factor or a solid story to keep me entertained. I don’t have time to be bored in a video game. I value my time greatly, so if a game requires incessant grinding and/or is chock full of chores to do, then count me out. I despise bloatware. Give me fun over quantity. After all, I play video games for the fun of it, not to kill time.
