I guy 1 street down blew his brains out at the tennis courts by my house...about 5 months ago a guy two streets over, held his family hostage, I walked over and watched the whole thing, swat snipers were on my friends roof, and they had armored cars..it was actually pretty cool to watch....Also I was at a party and a fight broke out, and I grabbed my beer (thank god :P) and ran out into the street just in time to see this guy get his butt kicked, dragged onto the curb, and get curbstomped....I still remember the sound.....

I just realized what kind of bike you are getting. BE CAREFUL! You can kill yourself on one of those things. I honestly think that is a bad choice for a first bike.

Guybrush_3

He could kill himself on any bike, so at least he got a good deal on it :P. More money left over to put in the will.

yeah but new riders and sport bikes are a notoriously bad combination.

ya, i rode a 250cc during my msf course, and I would have gotten bored with it in a few weeks, I haven't been on the freeway yet, and watch my speed, although I was going 90 in a 65 ha.....I've really noticed though, that you HAVE to assume that NOBODY sees you! weaving through traffic is super fun, but pretty dangerous

Nice... Make sure you are really good with that clutch thoughyentlequible
mines got a "racing clutch" on it, it doesn't catch until ive released it like 95%, the previous owner set it up as a track bike....but it makes shifting gears a breeze and super smooth...

I just crashed my bike a few weeks ago. Watch out for big gravel patches around sharp turns! Boken bones and bruised ribs suck! Also, buy a good full face helmet. Your head is totally worth the extra cost.

Guybrush_3
ya i laid mine down going 20 in my neighborhood, i hit an oil slick lol I was pissed....had to replace brake lever, brake pedal, and cracked part of the right fairing....luckily the previous owner had plastic track fairings on haha

I took my motorcycle safety course a few weekends ago, and got my bike last weekend. Anyways Ive been riding on the streets and am pretty confident "weaving" through traffic and such...not so much though that I let my guard down. Here is a link for the bike I boughthttp://orangecounty.craigslist.org/mcy/1877840299.htmlpaid $1200 for it....Good deal?

I have some stereo desktop speakers, and although they are plugged in properly, this is what happens: left and right sounds ONLY come from the left speaker, the right speaker has no sound. So when I test them left speaker works correct, then when I press "test right speaker" it also comes from the left speaker, just at a lower volume. Help would be greatly appreciated!

They really arent bad if you just jog, but we have to maintain a 7 minute pace and are often told to sprint at certain times :P

I have still yet to pass out or throw up. Hell yeah for my God like stomach :D

TheMightyHoov

3 miles? That's a long run. But not as long as the Dawe run. But I mean, just for practice, that's really long. Good job. :)

TheMightyHoov

I remember doing 7 mile "fun runs" for wrestling....they were not fun in ANY way, shape or form...
