@SHgamer02 that is almost what happened to me. I was so excited by a bioware SW MMO. But then I played the beta and was very put off.

This is kind of why I didn't buy a psp and wont be buying a vita, anytime soon. 100 bucks for a "mandatory" accessory is ridiculous. I am a long time PS gamer but that is just bad marketing and Sony will suffer for it.

Good job kids. And people wonder why "gamers" as a whole aren't taking seriously. This same unwarranted sense of entitlement bleeds of to the battle for used game and drm.

Sony attempts to try new ventures, but doesn't seem to learn from it's mistakes either.

Gamers entitlement is the main issue. Entitlement is not a good thing. It leads to people acting like spoiled children without earning anything. Maybe another word would be better. Why don't publishers have the right to protect their products? They put the money and the effort into games etc. Just playing devils advocate...Could always do something like collect stamps instead.

@Ayato_Kamina_1 You are right. The film industry and the gaming industry are plagued by the same problem. People don't seem to like to market original ideas anymore. Sadly remakes and sequels are easiest. Because those are deemed "safest," since there is already an established fan base and market.

@Jestersmiles. I went to the first evo in vegas. But I didn't say the word "noobs" any where. I did say they were dumbing it down. I was just stating my opinion, whether or not you agree with me. Means nothing to me. But don't miss quote me.

Learning combos, proper execution and timing. Then going and beating up on other players is one of the most rewarding things about fighting games. If you suck, you either take the time to learn how to play better and progress or you keep getting punished for not. Giving every genre the "COD" treatment to get sales, isolates the hardcore fan base. Which is one of the worst trends of this current generation of gaming.
