Another note to Uziel126

No need to answer that Mechwarrior Compilation Pack question I asked you about because I did manage to get the pack for my birthday, and I found out those missions are pretty cool.  The only exception is the number of Mechs I found.

Maybe I might want to get the rest of the Mechwarrior 4 saga, but I am not too sure nor I would know if I can get them.

Things I did recently and beyond that.

For one, I started playing my old Yoshi's Island game after it's been a while.  Once I started playing it, memories just came back to me, like my love for monkeys and their watermelons, as well as a few other little details in the game.  I did get the game when it was new for Christmas, and I've kept it in good hands ever since.  The game is only a couple months younger than the SNES because I got the machine on my ninth birthday in 1995.  My first game was the Super Mario All-Stars.  It's not too fun, but it does reflect on the old NES games.  I can beat the second Super Mario game, and yet I find the third one cuter because of all those costumes that transforms Mario into either a bear, a frog, or a raccoon.  When I was younger, I was so intimidated to beat that flying eagle head in the final level in Super Mario 2 that I wanted someone to watch me do it.  I know it sounds weird, but that was how things were like when I was a young girl.  I don't do that anymore, of course.

History of modern technology

Back in 1980 when the old Atari machine came out, most of the games (except for "Dig Dug") were black and white.  Modern technology wasn't great back then; in fact, it had been only five years since the very first modern computer was invented by none other than Bill Gates.  The first modern computer was called the "Avatar", and it wasn't much like the computers we know about today.  It didn't even have a monitor, a keyboard, speakers, or a mouse; it was just a box with a few buttons and switches in the front.  One year later, a second Avatar was invented and it was slightly better, but not good enough, still.  As modern technology lived on through the years, it eventually became better, and it's going to get better in the future after today.

For the movies that came out during the late 1970's to the early 1980's, technology wasn't good enough for the movies like Star Wars.  It wasn't until sixteen years later that the Star Wars saga continued when the "Phantom Menace" movie appeared in movie theaters.  The latest Star Wars movies that came out were supposed to be the first three chapters of the saga, with the original three in the rear.  Who knows how or why it was planned that way.

In case you are wondering which computer corporation came first: the Macintosh or the PC.  The Macintosh came first, of course.  The Avatar happened to be the first Macintosh computer.  The PC didn't come until approximately 15-20 years ago.  When the PC first came out, it was an improvement over the Macintosh due to several reasons.  This was what Bill Gates wanted after he designed another modern computer that would compete with the Macintosh.

In case you are wondering where I got all this information, I saw a documentary about how modern computers first started.  I was watching it in my Economics class in the fall of 2004.  The teacher didn't really assign us any work about the documentary after we saw it, but I did learn a lot from it.  I may not be correct about all the things I typed above, but I did my best to type out whatever came from my mind.

Nintendo memories

I do believe that the machine is out in stores by around this time, but I don't think I am going to get it anytime soon, since I haven't seen a game that I like yet.  I'll just have more fun with my other Nintendo machines until I do get it (possibly for my birthday next year).  In fact, there are still a few more Gamecube games out there that I'm asking for Christmas like the fifth Mario Party and the latest Spyro game.

In case you're wondering what machines I have, here's what I have: Gamecube, Nintendo 64, SNES, and even the old Gameboy.  The SNES is eleven years old, the Nintendo 64 is seven years old, the Gamecube is four years old, and the old Gameboy is thirteen years old.  I got them all either on my birthday or Christmas, and the time between those two events isn't far off as you can tell from my bio.  I still play with each one of them everytime that I feel like it.  I own so many games now that I haven't been going to the video game store for several years, and I used to rent video games every weekend when I was younger.  It was during the time when you can only rent games or movies for two days.

Before I had those machines, I played with my sister's old Atari and NES.  The Atari was the very first video game machine I ever played.  It was 1990 that I first started playing games, so I was approximately 3 years old.  My birthday comes in quite late in the year, so this was before my B-Day.  The one Atari game that I found quite interesting during that time was called "Dig Dug".  I enjoyed that one a lot.

It feels so funny that it was such a long time ago that I played my sister's Atari.  In a way, it feels like only yesterday or something.

Nintendo Wii

Do you know about this Nintendo Wii commercial where they have a couple of Japanese men come to someone's house and show them the machine?

I recently dreamt that it happened to me, too, and I was able to keep the machine afterward.  Awesome

Newgrounds.com

It has been a while since I last came to this website several years ago.  What happened was someone recommended this move called "The Real Luigi's Mansion" when I was on "Luigi's Mansion" forum.  I checked it out, and I thought it was the funniest movie I've ever seen.

I especially like the part when Luigi sees a couple of Dry Bones coming at him.  He thought that was the end for him, but then one of the Michael Jackson songs came up, and Luigi began dancing with Dry Bones.

Then, when I went searching for other Mario-related movies I could find at newgrounds.com, I found Dumb-A** Mario, Dumb-A** Luigi, Rokemon, and a Goomba movie.  They were pretty good, too.

To find those movies, just go to the website newgrounds.com, and type down these names on the Search box.  It may take a while for these movies to load depending on your internet speed, but it will be worth it. :D

Mechwarrior Compilation Pack

A note for Uziel126:

You can post your opinion on a comment post after you have read this:

I am looking for another Mechwarrior 4 expansion pack game I would like to have for my birthday this year.  Since I only have Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries, which game would be best for me?  I was thinking that I could try to get the Compilation Pack that contains two games and one that I already have, but I am not too sure if it is good enough.

Since those Mechwarrior games are not in stores anymore, my best bet to get another one of those games is by internet.

I just discovered something.

Yep, I actually found something out on the Internet a few days ago that I think you might like if you are a Pokemon fan.  This website is called www.pokemoncrater.com, and it is where you get to catch and train as many Pokemon as you can.  You can also battle other trainers' team whether they are present at the time or not and help your team gain experience at the same time.  Of course, this whole catching and training thing is slightly different from what you are used to on the Game Boy versions from Red to Emerald.

Conker's Bad Fur Day

Oh yeah, I think this is one of the best games in the world.  The game is long enough for one to enjoy it so much, and it is very hilarious and gut-blasting.  Of course, if you are under the age of seventeen, you will have to wait to play it, but the wait will be worth it.  Believe me.

One of the things I like about the game is the cursing most of the characters say throughout the gameplay.  The only curse words they bleep out is the "f" word and mostly the "s" word, so it makes sense why.

I also believe that some of the characters in the game are just flat funny.  I especially like the little fiery devils in Bat's Tower level that constantly want to bring Conker's tail on fire and say, "Hey, lit the furry guy".  Then, Conker would extinguish them with his own pee while he is drunk (snicker).

Whenever I play this game on the Multiplayer menu, my favorite game is the "Heist".  It is where you are a weasel of whichever team color you chose, and you try to steal a bag of money in a bank before the other weasel teams  get to it.  Weapons are involved like hand grenades, snipers, and knives, so the extremity only adds up.

If you have either never heard of this game or played it before, boy are you in for a treat.
