@Darkwalker75 I understand this, other games do this too. But there is no way im putting money toward something i have not seen with my own eyes or touched. Thats just me
I would have no problem dropping money being a founder if i could put my hands on the game first in an open beta then give them money early if i like it. With out playing it first no way im dropping 30-120 bucks on the game.
@Dragon_Nexus So any patch can break a game. On PC the developer decides when you get to download the patch. Its worked fine for how many years now? On xbox we have to wait for MS to test and approve the patch why? That makes no sense and cost developers tons of money for no reason. But nice to know people like you want to wait 4 extra months for a patch to go through to a game that could have gone through a week after launch. That's why so many xbox games stay broke for so long.
@Dragon_Nexus Its not that. If your in the 1% and spent an hour on the game you wont care, but some will be in the 1% and spent days in the game. Those will be hurt the most. He said it weird, gotta read the context.
MS certification is stupid. The game developer should be able to release a patch if it breaks it it breaks it just like pc, then the developer can release another patch. There is no reason for MS to have to test a patch.
1) I am all for digital only. Most of us use steam all the time. Its digital only and no one complains about it.
2) What ever side you are on its going Digital only. People will cry and post crazy stuff about it but in a few months after it happens no one will care anymore because that's just how it is now. Remember when people where like "I'll never go to blu-ray i have HD DVD". What are they doing now? buying BLU-RAYS! lol
3) It fixes the issues with used game sales and that's the biggest thing. No more stupid keys.
All they need to do with 7 is make an HD version not a remake. Also they will never top 7. The series has gone down hill for years. I hope they do one day but i don't see it happening.
