@HomelessDroid Good horror games are fun. That's why you play something because its fun. If something is not fun why would you play it. It may be scary, it may have a sad story, but you watched/read/played the entertainment because you had fun doing it.
@finaleve I full agree with this. When this happens i wait for the new game to go down in price, not hand my money over to gamestop. No one should prosper from over pricing their game.
@nsfn So if they sell 1 million copies used rather than a million copies new thats good for the company that made the game? I think not. Its good for gamestop but gamestop didn't do anything to make the game. They are the middle man. Why support gamestop with a used copy and not support the company with the new. It may be free publicity, but its not worth anything if everyone buys a used copy and gamestop sees all the profit. This is a crazy topic too since really in the next 5 years we will be all digital and this wont matter any more lol
I do like your comment though on wait 6 months and buy it new cheaper. That's how i feel. I use to buy used games but now that I work in the computer field i never do. If i can't afford it new then i just hold out.
Used games are bad. People should get paid for their work. That being said, their product should be worth your money. I think games currently are being priced a bit high sometimes for the content they give. This is due to how much it cost to pay everyone involved. Not sure of a solution, but they need to figure out one.
