@rohanrocks88: I would argue that now the PC GP is a no brainer as well if you play a lot of games. This past year which would have cost you $120 they have released Flight Sim which if you have 2070 or above was unbelievable. Psychonauts, The Ascent, Back 4 Blood, Forgotten City, Outriders, AOE4 , and that's just off the top of my head. Last count there are 145 titles that have a metacritic of 80 or above. Forza and Halo on 2 months. Yes you can get bargain bin prices for a lot of games 6 months after releases. But you can play a hell of a lot of games day 1 for really really cheap on GP.
Sony needs to set expectations better. Focusing on third party is not enough when you have FFXVI as a third party, Ghostwire etc. Should have said focusing on Indie
@thecupidstunts: That's my point. There are only two adaptations so saying this is the greatest may not mean much but it should because I thought it was fantastic.
@hardwenzen: Okay obvious fanboy. Not sure how you know what infinite runs at natively since noone has access to it yet but either way no way Horizon Zero Dawn looks better no matter what you play it on. But I know there is no convincing you. Even tho Halo has 4k 60 with dynamic lighting and is being built for 4 player coop and vehicles. I know those differences don't mean anything to you. If in your opinion if x looks better than y, then x is the better game. So don't play Halo. Which you weren't going to do anyway.
There are only two noteworthy Dune adaptations. The 1984 movie and the miniseries from sci fi. So this being the greatest Dune adaptation isn't saying much. But it should. It is absolutely incredible especially if you are a fan of the source material.
@kabloe: The only Games to compare to are PS5 and PC. I would argue that if you compare apples to apples. Open world 4k 60 dynamic lighting then there is no game looking better than Infinite right now. As far as other SKUs having lower tier hardware doesn't mean the game is held back. The best looking games run on PC on a 3090 but you can also run that same game on a 1070. If you use scalable tech you can do it
