I queued up for 2 hours and ended up buying 4! two black 2 blue. lol. I think they're going to sell out so i thought id invest and sell them when theyre worth loads! lol

I went into my local store in the UK earlier to get some info about midnight launch for the 3DS and was lucky enough to have get to play the 3DS that the guy had behind the till, it was his one and he had already opened it. I got to play Rayman and Asphalt but only for a few minutes for each one.

The 3d effect at first is quite blurry but once you get in the right position its really good but viewing from any other angle just makes it look super blurry so its no use trying to watch someone else playing. The 3DS itself looks good, alot smaller than the DsiXl if your used to that and chubbier but not too bad. The console I played was the Aqua Blue one and it doesnt really look very blue compared to alot of photos, its quite green infact and looks like the older Gameboy Colors.

The games I didnt really get the chance to try out but from the few minutes I played they seemed ok, the 3D effect really changes them but the graphics were nothing special though it was only Rayman and Asphalt.

I was also told the UK release date for Zelda OOT is the 8th of July, not sure if anyone new that or if its old news but thought I would mention that too.

Im really excited for it now, getting the black one which I didnt get to see today, and think im going to pick up Rayman 3D and PilotWings Resort.

Whats everyone elses first impressions of the console, Im worried they might get grubby quite easy as it seemed quite smudged and the Matt effect on the DSi's is much better then the glossy ones.

Hello so i sold someone a gba sp, limited mario one and they have messaged me stating that its faulty and wont save games, and they have tested cartridges on this Gba and another but surely game saves are only to do with the cartridge and not the console?

I told him I would get some expert opinion though im fairly sure the console itself has no memory to save or anything like that and it would be down to a dodgy cartridge? He has probably just changed his mind anyway so if I prove him right im sure the console will suddenly develop another fault and ill have to refund. LOL

Nope its just a plain silver disc with nothing on it except the little lettering circling the middle which is on the bottom of the other discs too.

I tried to ask on the shenmue dojo forums but cant see anyway on there to register so I could ask, no doubt someone there would know for sure?

Anyone else have any idea?

Hello i bought a copy of shenmue 2 from someone and it came with the 2 cases and sleeve etc. but one of the discs (disc 2) doesnt have the picture label on the top? The guy said that it was like that when he bought it from the shop and he just stuck a small white sticker on it to remember which was the correct side of the disc.

Im wondering if this is genuine or not as I know there are tons of burned dreamcast discs out there, how would I be able to tell?

The disc is plain accept for the very small lettering circling the middle of the disc. The lettering being exactly the same as the other discs but each disc has one number different and they go in order and this disc also fits into that sequence?

So whats your opinions on this and also would it be worth more or less than the game asit because of this.

Hello I bought a wii on ebay and have had it for about 4 days, but it has freezed twice and i just wondered if this is serious or not? I have probably played it for about 40 hours and it has both times freezed while playing mario kart online if that makes a difference?

Anyone know any games similar to metroid prime onm xbox 360, not a linear shooter like call of duty 4 or halo 3 but a game where you can explore, back track, collect powerups like in metroid prime. Thanks!

Does anyone know of any games on xbox360 that are similar to metroid prime games, as I am really enjoying my DS version, Metroid Prime: Hunters and would love to be able to play a similar game on my Xbox360.

I really enjoy the puzzles in this series and the collecting and backtracking, so for me, halo, gears of war and call of duty are not similar enough. Though I enjoy these games, there not what im looking for.

So any games which you think might fit the bill, maybe not even shooting games, but good adventures with good puzzles, but preferably shooting games. and please dont tell me to get a wii, i like my xbox just fine, but the metroid series is definattly one of my favourites.

I have a wireless usb which i plug into my laptop to get better range when upstairs but now i plug it in nothing comes up when i go to the 'connect to' tab.

usually i have an option to connect to the internet or to the same internet with better range via the usb.

the light on the usb is on when plugged in.
