any other advice, specifically regarding if its actually a bad idea having a fan near blowing into the console. will it damage it?

I just got a 360 yesterday and I dont want it to brake or nothing, I know the chances arent that big but what im doing now is I have a fan about 60 cm's away from the 360 sort of blowing onto the back and side to keep it cool.

Is that a good idea or is having air blowing in not very clever.

If not then where should I position the fan etc?

I specifically asked for ps2 to ps3 comparison photos because the ps2 was the weakest console graphically last gen and the ps3 is the most powerful this gen so there will be a bigger diffrence. :roll:

Although anything from any of the consoles would of done.

So Game will ask me if i want to buy a 3 year warranty, is that for them or microsoft.

What I mean is.. do I need to buy the 3 year warranty?? If not how would microsoft know when my warranty runs out etc?

This is a quick question to anyone who owns an xbox360 in the UK.

I know they increased the warranty to 3 years for free in the US is that right? But do we get 3 years free here aswell.

If I bought it from Game or Gamestation if it breaks down will they send it for repair or would they exchange it. If they send it for repair is there like a 3 month period at the start were they would just exchange it because it hasnt been that long.

Hi everyone I am thinking of getting an xbox360 and wanted to know a few things.

1. How bad is the reliabilty of xbox's ( I live in the UK if that makes a diffrence?)

2.What do I need to set up wireless?

3.How fast does my boradband need to be for xbox live play?

4.How can I find out the speed of my broadband?

5.Someone said there isnt much point for people in Europe to buy a Xbox Elite, why is that?
