So what was a turn based JRPG, a shining example of it's genre, will now be turned into an episodic action game. Well I guess old final fantasy fans, especially the ones, who ya know, like real turn based JRPG's and uh....full games should just go away?

A shame that konami has ownership of SIlent Hill, they clearly aren't capable of handling the porperty, among others, metal gear, castlevania etc.

Apple is one of the biggest culprits of offshoring and tax avoidance.

A lot of people are getting sick of having steam, which is DRM, shoved down their throats. I perfectly remember well, when you could go and buy boxed PC games at a store. I accept that it has changed, but not all for the better. Steam/drm just punishes the consumer. Bethesda does it because everyone else does it too. Nothing will stop pirating. Look at the witcher 3, it has no DRM, and still sold very very well, including on PC, in physical form. Why can't the others do the same? I would love to be able to buy physical PC games again, and actually *own* my content (which you never do if you buy on PC, with some rare notable exceptions).

The merchandising for this series is getting a bit out of hand......and what the hell is a pilsner? I don't drink, and I am not a hipster, so this is like Greek to me.

God forbid they release the physical version here, like they are in *every other country* including English speaking ones like the UK and australia. They are even getting a good looking limited edition as you will see in the link below. Only Murrika is getting this gimped weirdo digital version.

The Japanese version is an actual physical retail release (the only kind that count in mine, and many other people's minds). And has more in game options than the only DLC release the west is getting.

"In Japan, Capcom has staff that worked on the Dungeons & Dragons arcade games producing the ports for PlayStation 3. The result is the Japanese version, Dungeons & Dragons: Mystara Hero Chronicle, is a retail game in Japan with its own set of features.

Players can start out with magical items like the Dragon Shield and keys by bumping the difficulty down.

You can select up to nine chicks which makes the game easier by giving you magical gear. Want to make the Tower of Doom or Shadow over Mystara harder? Add up to nine skulls in the option menu. After you clear either arcade game you can automatically restart the game at higher difficulty level with the same items, experience points, and life. It’s kind of like an instant new game plus."
