Considering the new leader, this doesn't surprise me a all. The shocking disregard for principals, laziness and declining IQ's will eventually ruin any possibility of real ownership in the future, turning over all our rights directly to corporations where digital content will forever be held over our heads. Nice thing to leave our future generations.
Nope, still no patch to run on the worlds most incredibly powerful console ever to be made in the history of the world that still isn't real yet... Will have to just settle for playing it on the actual most powerful console that currently exists.
@nurnberg: There may be more truth to that statement than most will admit. But the characters are still great, the story's are fine and frankly, I am ok with it because there are no gay sexual agendas being shoved in my face or established characters being re invented for the sake of making special interest groups happy. So what if we have more women hero's. Ripley is still one of the most badass hero's in movie history.
Copying Steam isn't as "listening" as much as allowing digital licenses to be bought, sold or traded with anyone the same as you would a physical purchase. Funny how Phil once proclaimed "We will not compete with Steam!" then directly does what Steam does.
But there were times I was so pissed with that garbage Windows Store, error codes preventing me from downloading the purchase. Allowing you to move content to another drive with extra space but then not allowing you to patch or update the content because it isn't located where you initially installed it. Luckily, after my recent system build I designed the storage space specifically around those issues and was able to circumvent them. Too bad you have to go through it to know it's a thing to have to deal with.
But in the end, getting refunds out of Microsoft is just another tool in their new and improved arsenal to win back gamers so they can't be faulted for that. Wish they would take it further and let you own your digital content though.
@suicidesn0wman: Even the most well intentioned and still truthful words still set off fanboys and their hard-ons for brand loyalty, don't worry, 7tizz will be a long to take care of that for you.
