As much as I want to play it, I'm going to try and wait till I upgrade my 2015 model 4K TV to one of the new HDR models coming out this year. It would be a shame to spend over 40 hours in a game and not get the full experience.

Square Enix keeps screwing around with the Pro features. First the game launches and it's fine, they patch it and break the framerates, then patch it again fixing framerate but screwup the AA, they patch it again fixing the AA and then patch it again breaking framerate again. They need to stop constantly screwing around with it.

Another day, another riding on the coattails of the competition.

@chano880: It's still far better than never releasing anything at all. I didn't need any of that season pass to get the full and complete experience of the base game. If they want to add more filler to keep people interested in that world engaged then fine, don't try to sell me something that is a back story or a missing mission or some other B.S. that could be in the base game.

@suicidesn0wman: What's painful is literally reading Phil Spencer say canceling Scalebound is better for gamers and then chime in on Horizon Zero Dawns success with more fluffy pillow talk to make his fanboys all warm and fuzzy, like yourself, with still no new games to offer them.

Yesterday, I already predicted Phil would say something like this anyways so interpret all the messages as you will.

Phil is right, at least today, it's good that other company's are improving the game industry by releasing games. Too bad Xbox isn't in that category. It is ironic that he notes "releasing games" as an improvement to the industry when he's gone on record a few times stating that canceling games are in fact better for gamers. He's a confusing little man. But there was no doubt he would chime in to remind everyone they're still around as soon as yet another Sony exclusive gets rave reviews and all the press.

I thought for sure Forza was going to win best writing award.
