I wish other devs would model their practices and attitudes after Bethesda. To still see Fallout 4 get so much support so long after it's release is a remarkable level of dignity and commitment the creators have for their fans. Considering how ridiculous $60 actually is for a video game, especially if you're dumb enough to buy all digital, Bethesda is one of the few companies that don't make you feel ripped off.
Simply pumping out a half-assed campaign (if there's one at all) and shoving in generic run-of-the-mill online multiplayer to appease the ADD kids and pack it full of DLC and micro-transactions of non experience items and then completely abandon it to move on to the next iteration of the same game. Also charge more money for the entire game. That's what the industry has resorted to. Specifically the likes of EA.
@maximo: Phil said not having games is better for the gamers. Maybe you need to just buy a gaming console that makes games like a ps4 pro instead of wishing for games.
7 Projects, many huge, still supporting older games with PS4 Pro patches and HD texture packs for PC and yet, those twats at EA can't be bothered to release one PS4 Pro patch for Battlefront because they're too busy with one game almost a year away.
