CRT has more color and depth, but is so much harder to manufacture, thus more expensive.

Here's a good list of what each has and doesn't have over the other:

Remember that this article was made in 2004 so some of what it is talking about doesn't hold true anymore.

I know Japanese games require you to do regional language changes to your PC to install them.

SLI'd GTX 285s can max draw over half the power of a 750w.

34 Amps to be exact(408 Watts)

Anyone think that going from 2 9800GT's in SLI, to 2 GTX 275's in SLI is a good move?

Curlyfrii87

If your going to go from 9800GTs to 275s in SLI I would suggest getting a GTX 285 1GB or 2GB instead. Then you can pick up a GTX 285 when the new DX10 cards come out and SLI those together.

Actually the free version doesn't use all 4 cores if you have quad. I think it has some limitations in functionality. You can use it for opening RAR archives forever though.Marfoo

But why go with a program thats just going to keep bugging you to buy it when you could actually get an absolutely free 7zip?

I had a friend who I used to play WoW with, I don't play any more only got to 33 :D, and his PC only had like 512MB of RAM and he kept gettind DC'd when trying to go from Ogrimmar to the Undead city.

Well, he asked me what could be causing the problem and I told him that he needed more RAM. Well, lo and behold be bought a 1GB stick about a week later and didn't have any more problems....

His PC is really old, uses like PC100 or PC133 RAM :D
