Sure it could, only in sub HD res, sever pop ins, framerate issue, missing shadows and cut back models. Crysis 2 isn't even the best looking console game so there.gpuking

Every review says Crysis 2 is by far the best looking console game and runs and looks far better on 360

Also i am sure 360 would run MGS4 in true 720p and Uncharted 1-2 would have far bigger levels, like Alan Wake

In any case, Codename Kingdoms will look far better than Crysis 2 and will be the best looking game ever

[QUOTE="sethman410"]Well seeing that most of you guys think it's possible that some ps3 exclusives could also run on 360 ALWAYS. Sadly, this is incorrect. MGS4 is a prime example, not possible and for that reason it never came out on the 360. Some of ps3 exclusives are optimised for ps3. Just not gonna work. So, it's not ALWAYS, just some.sethman410

Actually it is always, since they could all be remade to work on 360

The thing is, that it is PS3 that could not run Codename Kingdoms or Alan Wake, 360 can easilly run any PS3 game

NO!! Not always LOL. Ask Kojima please. MGS4 would be so much different on 360 version if they redesigned it for the 360. Like seriously.

We agree there, it would probably be true 720p and not subHD on xbox 360

Uncharted 3 will look better than all of the games being listed in this thread.

WiiMan21

Uncharted 3 looks very dated comparing to Crysis 2

If crysis 2 is the "best graphics on a console" according to reviewers, is it possible for killzone and uncharted to be on 360?

xMinijackx

The real question is, after Crysis 2 running and looking better on 360, is it possible Codename Kingdoms would run on PS3 ?

I suppose it could not, since will use the full power of xbox 360, unlike Crysis 2

"Will the PC version support DirectX 11?

Todd Howard: Yes, but I guess the real question here is do we take advantage of DX11's big new features and the answer is 'not specifically'. Our graphics work centers around doing things that will look the same regardless of platform, and sometimes that implementation will be different on the 360, PS3, and PC."

That means PC will support DX11 but not really use it

Also

"Our graphics work centers around doing things that will look the same regardless of platform"

tenaka2

Why do you care whether or not the pc version uses dx11 features?

Why does the TC care ?

Kinect by far, has the sales, developer support and hype behind it

Also is the most advanced by far

Move is already forgotten imo like the Eyetoy

[QUOTE="funsohng"]They have been openly saying about how they wished to bring this to consoles in future. If it succeeds on PC, they should and will be bringing it to consoles EDIT: I love how people turned this thread into a topic about DA2, BioWare, and Blizzard. Elitists FTW!haberman13

Indeed, i cant grasp why people would be against it, every single game seems to be going the console way, so why not Withcer 2 and Diablo 3 ? It only makes sense

You identified the problem in your post: there is a "console way" i.e. easy, hand holding, quick action, less thinking

And yet you can't grasp why people would be against it?

Thats totally up to the developer, isnt it ? What does consoles have to do with it ?

Demons Souls sols millions and is definatly not holding back in the slightest and is one of my top games

Blame the naive developers for the casualization and not consoles themselves
