In a way I can see both sides of the coin, Stefan has done no testing due to lack of rubber, this meaning they could either blitz the field (highly unlikely, but then look at Brawn), or they'll be somewhat 5+seconds off the pace and causing mobile traffic for the frontrunners.

So I think Stefan GP will continue with their operations and aim 2011, they've got a car to develop and go forward with, its more than what USF1 have.

This is what I think Stefan GP needed, If this is the case for USF1, I feel the FIA might just say "Well if this is the case, wait till 2011" and let the Stefan GP team take the slot, they have a car fired up and ready to go. USF1, well... we don't actually know where they are at.
