Sad, but not video game related. When I think of a video game related death, it a dude spending too much time playing WOW or Starcraft and dies from starvation or something. You know, Chief's a suit all the time. It really doesn't matter who plays him. Honestly, how many of you can name the guy who played Darth Vader, without looking it up? (It's David Prouse, and I don't even know if I'm spelling his name right.) A studio would be nuts to dish out the money for Will Smith, when you hardly ever see him. All you need is a stunt guy who's expressive with his body movement, and the original Master Chief voice actor (that one I don't know).

You wouldn't want Dave Chappelle's face to pop out in the middle of a great scene and says "I'm rich biyatch!" Now that would be funny though! Who was the voice actor of the first Halo anyway? Now I got to look it up.

I forget who said halo needs change but i dissagree. Halo has been amazingly fun and is still fun now, you are right they havent change it that much but they have made good improvemnts to it, like what else do you need, other than patching things up what do u think would be a good change. Halo started its own type of shooter and it is amazing if they change it too much there will be too many people dissapointed and not so many happy with it. so what would a good change be?

Change is always a scary and risky proposition. The posibility of a huge blunder is always there and yes Halo is still fun to play, despite of all the nay-sayers (in my opinion). However, I don't see why we should be content with the current game and technology of Halo 3 (not that it has been a mind-blowing game to begin with). The possibilities are endless. One good example, as mentioned above, is a tactical approach. Like for instance the Brothers in Arms or the Tom Clancy R6 point of view. Or maybe have another character other than Master Chief, as mentioned above also. There will always be many people who don't like messing around with a good thing, and I don't blame them. But Microsoft (if they can) should pass the game along to a different developer who has a proven track record of making great games --- God knows who that is. Hey it might just turn into something good amd if not, I'm quite sure Gamespot will have something to say about it. We all know how great and fair their reviews are (sarcasm).

Apparently, Bungie didnt set the bar high enough. Halo hasnt even evolved. Halo 1, 2, and 3 are nearly identical. We need another developer that can take Halo to new heights with a fresh new spin.
